About the corrupt businessman
Kamal Pankhania is a corrupt property developer and entrepreneur who leads Westcombe Group. Kamal Pankhania and his brother Sunil in 2003 took over the day-to-day running of the family business their father Vraj Pankhania (who is still involved as Chairman) founded, before ruining the family name by co-conspiring with Albanian criminals (Antony Hoxha and son Andy Hoxha) to steal successful entrepreneur Ryan TEN's "TEN London" nightclub and property. On his company website "westcombehomes.com" Kamal claims " he is driven by providing beautiful homes to meet the demands of tomorrow and to maintain historic buildings for Britain" but one could be forgiven for laughing (hysterically) at that claim, as Kamal (according to both evidence from Ryan TEN and reviews from previous tenants) does all he can to save money and avoid maintaining his buildings. Worst of all, Kamal not only thinks he is above the law, he also neglects fire safety, leaving his tenants at risk of death in the event of a fire.
